【Basic Fees】
• Photography: ¥55,000 (1.5 hours)
• Videography: ¥85,000 (1.5 hours)
• Shooting Locations: Shibuya and Shinjuku only

【Deliverables & Delivery Time】
• Photography: All unedited photo data (JPEG) + 10 cyberpunk-style edited images
• Videography: One short cinematic movie + video clip materials (Full HD)
• Delivery Method: Download link via Google Drive (available for 30 days)
• Delivery Time: Within 2 weeks after the shooting date

【Optional Add-ons】
• Rooftop location in Shibuya: +¥50,000
 └ Location cannot be specified. If rooftop access is denied, the rooftop fee will be fully refunded.
• Full-day booking (over 5 hours): +¥50,000
• Up to 2 people: free
• Additional person (from the 3rd person): +¥20,000 per person

【Team & Communication】
• Photography only: 1-person crew
• Photography + Videography: 2-person crew
• English communication will be handled using a translation app

【Booking & Payment】
• Please book at least 2 weeks in advance via Instagram DM or email at [email protected] with the subject line: “Photo shoot request”
• The full session fee must be paid no later than 3 days before the scheduled shoot
• Payment methods:

【Cancellation Policy】
• Cancellations made up to 3 days before the scheduled shoot: 50% refund
• Cancellations made 2 days before or on the day of the shoot: non-refundable
• If I need to cancel for any reason, a full refund will be provided
• In case of bad weather or health issues, we can reschedule the shoot without additional charges

【Copyright & Usage Rights】
• All photos and videos remain the intellectual property of the photographer
• Clients may use the delivered content for personal use only (e.g., social media, personal keepsake)
• Commercial or promotional use requires a separate license agreement

【Post-delivery Revisions】
• All delivered photos and videos are considered final
• One round of minor revisions (e.g., color correction or cropping) can be requested within 1 week of delivery
• Additional editing requests beyond this will be subject to extra charges

【Safety & Liability】
• I am not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damage/loss of personal belongings during the shoot
• For rooftop or high-risk locations, please be mindful of your own safety
• In case of unexpected technical issues (e.g., equipment failure), I will work with you to reschedule or provide a refund

• No price negotiations or refund requests will be accepted after the shoot is completed
• By booking a session, you agree to all the terms and conditions listed above

【納品内容・納期】
• 写真撮影：全撮影データ（JPEG）＋サイバーパンク風レタッチ10枚
• 動画撮影：ショートムービー1本＋動画クリップ素材（フルHD）
• 納品方法：Google Drive にて共有（ダウンロード期限：納品から30日間）
• 納期：撮影日より2週間以内

【追加オプション】
• 渋谷の屋上ロケーション希望：+50,000円
 └ ※ロケーション指定不可。許可が下りなかった場合はこのオプション料金のみ全額返金
• 一日拘束（5時間以上）：+50,000円
• 2名まで無料、3名以上は1人追加ごとに +20,000円

【対応体制】
• 写真撮影のみ：1名体制
• 写真＋動画撮影：2名体制
• 英語対応は翻訳機を使用

【予約・お支払い】
• ご予約は 撮影希望日の2週間前までに Instagram DM または [email protected] へ
 件名「Photo shoot request」でご連絡ください
• 撮影料は、撮影日の3日前までに全額お支払いください

【キャンセルポリシー】
• 撮影日の3日前までのキャンセル：50%返金
• 撮影日の2日前〜当日のキャンセル：返金不可
• 撮影者都合による中止：全額返金
• 天候や体調不良の場合：日程変更で対応

【著作権・使用権】
• 撮影されたすべての写真・映像の著作権は撮影者に帰属します
• 納品データは 個人利用（SNS投稿・記念保存など） に限り自由に使用可能です
• 商用利用には別途契約が必要 です

【納品後の修正対応】
• 納品データは原則として完成品とみなします
• 軽微な修正は1回のみ無料（納品から1週間以内）
• それ以上の修正は有料対応となります

【安全・免責】
• 撮影中の事故・怪我・盗難・私物の破損について、撮影者は責任を負いません
• 屋上などの特殊ロケーションでは、安全に十分ご配慮ください
• 機材トラブルなど予期せぬ事態が発生した場合は、日程変更または返金で対応します

• 撮影終了後の価格交渉・返金交渉は一切お受けできません
• 本規約に同意いただいた場合のみ、撮影依頼を承ります
