Photo & Video Session Terms & Conditions
【Basic Fees】
• Photography: ¥55,000 (1.5 hours)
• Videography: ¥85,000 (1.5 hours)
• Shooting Locations: Shibuya and Shinjuku only

【Deliverables & Delivery Time】
• Photography: All unedited photo data (JPEG) + 10 cyberpunk-style edited images
• Videography: One short cinematic movie + video clip materials (Full HD)
• Delivery Method: Download link via Google Drive (available for 30 days)
• Delivery Time: Within 2 weeks after the shooting date

【Optional Add-ons】
• Rooftop location in Shibuya: +¥50,000
 └ Location cannot be specified. If rooftop access is denied, the rooftop fee will be fully refunded.
• Full-day booking (over 5 hours): +¥50,000
• Up to 2 people: free
• Additional person (from the 3rd person): +¥20,000 per person

【Team & Communication】
• Photography only: 1-person crew
• Photography + Videography: 2-person crew
• English communication will be handled using a translation app

【Booking & Payment】
• Please book at least 2 weeks in advance via Instagram DM or email at [email protected] with the subject line: “Photo shoot request”
• A 50% deposit is required one week before the shoot
• For last-minute bookings (within one week), a 50% deposit must be paid on the day of the shoot
• Payment methods: PayPal or ticket purchase via my official website

【Cancellation Policy】
• Cancellations made 7 to 3 days before the scheduled shoot: 50% of the deposit will be refunded
• Cancellations made 2 days before or on the day of the shoot: non-refundable
• If I need to cancel for any reason, a full refund will be provided
• In case of bad weather or health issues, we can reschedule the shoot without additional charges

【Copyright & Usage Rights】
• All photos and videos remain the intellectual property of the photographer
• Clients are allowed to use the delivered content for personal use only (e.g., social media, personal keepsake)
• Commercial or promotional use requires a separate license agreement

【Post-delivery Revisions】
• All delivered photos and videos are considered final
• One round of minor revisions (e.g., color correction or cropping) can be requested within 1 week of delivery
• Additional editing requests beyond this will be subject to extra charges

【Safety & Liability】
• I am not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damage/loss of personal belongings during the shoot
• For rooftop or high-risk locations, please be mindful of your own safety
• In case of unexpected technical issues (e.g., equipment failure), I will work with you to reschedule or provide a refund

【Other Terms】
• No price negotiations or refund requests will be accepted after the shoot is completed
• By booking a session, you agree to all the terms and conditions listed above

【基本料金】

【納品内容・納期】
• 写真撮影：全撮影データ（JPEG形式）＋サイバーパンクスタイルにレタッチした写真10枚
• 動画撮影：ショートムービー1本＋動画クリップ素材（フルHD）
• 納品方法：Google Driveにて共有（ダウンロード期限：納品から30日間）
• 納期：撮影日より2週間以内

【追加オプション】
• 渋谷の屋上ロケーション希望：+50,000円
 └ ※ロケーションの指定不可。屋上の撮影許可が下りなかった場合はこのオプション料金のみ全額返金します
• 一日拘束（5時間以上）：+50,000円
• 参加人数：2名まで無料。3名以上は1名追加ごとに+20,000円

【対応体制】
• 写真撮影のみ：1名体制
• 写真＋動画撮影：2名体制
• 英語でのやり取りは翻訳機を使用して対応いたします

【ご予約・お支払い】
• ご予約は 撮影希望日の2週間前まで に、InstagramのDMまたは [email protected] へ
 件名「Photo shoot request」でご連絡ください
• デポジット（撮影費用の50%）を撮影1週間前までにお支払いください
• 直前予約（1週間以内）は対応可能ですが、当日現地にて半額分をお支払いいただきます
• お支払い方法：PayPalまたは指定のWebサイトにてチケット購入

【キャンセルポリシー】
• 7日前〜3日前までのキャンセル：デポジットの50%返金
• 2日前〜当日のキャンセル：返金不可
• 撮影者都合による中止：全額返金いたします
• 悪天候・体調不良等による延期は、別日程での再調整にて対応します

【著作権と使用権】
• 撮影された全ての写真・映像の著作権は撮影者に帰属します
• 納品データは個人利用（SNS投稿・記念保存など）に限り自由にご使用いただけます
• 商用利用・広告使用・販売物への使用を希望される場合は、別途許可と契約が必要です

【納品後の修正対応】
• 写真や映像は、納品時点で完成品とみなします
• 軽微な調整（色味・トリミングなど）は1回まで無料で対応します（撮影日から1週間以内に限ります）
• それ以上の再編集は有料対応とさせていただきます

【安全管理と免責事項】
• 撮影中の事故、体調不良、私物の破損・盗難などについて、撮影者は一切の責任を負いません
• 屋上など特別なロケーションでは、安全に十分ご配慮の上ご参加ください
• 撮影中に機材トラブル等が発生した場合は、日程変更または返金にて誠意を持って対応いたします

• 撮影終了後の価格交渉・返金交渉は一切お受けいたしません
• 本規約にご同意いただけた場合のみ、撮影依頼をお受けいたします
